Terms & Conditions

Checkout

All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag before clicking "Checkout." When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call (925) 736-7377 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Returns

We make sure you are a satisfied customer. You're welcome to return any product you find it not what you've expected within 30 days. We will ask questions however to understand how to serve you better the next time.

Address Validation

To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the U.S. Postal Service's database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.

Methods of Payment

tot dots™ accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Tax Policy

tot dots™ collects applicable taxes in California. Tax amount is calculated at the unit-level. Keep in mind that some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Tax is not applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items in your order.

When you return an item for a refund, you will receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You won’t receive the shipping charges unless the product was defective.

Tax Exempt Purchases

We comply with Federal, State and Local laws. Thus, if you are a tax-exempt organization and want to make purchase without tax, all requested forms and information must be received and verified by tot dots™.
